Hatcher Station Farm

The first working farm in our AgriSystem.

Hatcher Station Farm is located adjacent to the Hatcher DART Station in South Dallas, TX. It is where we are building out from scratch the model for what the other farms in our sustainable agrisystem can be. Every inch of the approximately 1 acre of land is being calibrated for the best practices in everything from the types of foods grown to farm infrastructure to irrigation to being an educational teaching garden.

Grow.

From a bird’s eye view, Hatcher Station is a classic urban farm. We grow food. The goal is figuring out how to maximize the growing area for best yields, most nutrition-dense foods, and max profits.

Teach.

As we grow food, we’re growing people. New farmers, farm managers, entrepreneurs, leaders, community stewards. Hatcher Station is part of our certified farmer training program.

Box Brigade

Sustain.

From Hatcher Station will come many “Hatcher Stations” — once we have the model down pat, the objective is to create a series of farms that will work symbiotically to share resources and people while reinvesting the profits into the community.
